Mayhew Breen Productions is a sixteen-year old direct response Production Company founded by Marc Mayhew and Charlie Breen.
Prior to Mayhew Breen Productions Charlie and Marc were MadMen who wrote and produced some of the most successful TV commercials of all time including dozens of the famous "Tastes Great, Less Filling" spots for Miller Lite, "Be Like Mike" for Gatorade plus many award winning commercials for Volkswagen, Magnavox, Hyundai, and many more of the nations leading advertisers.
In 1994 Marc and Charlie decided to make the move from 30 seconds to 30 minutes. They were determined to bring a new level of creativity, strategic thinking and production values to the "slice'em dice'em" style that was predominate in DRTV. They hit the ground running with fitness infomercials and short form spots for Body by Jake, Abflex and Fast Track that together generated over $400,000,000 in television sales...not a bad start...and the hits kept coming.
Mayhew Breen changed the public perception of infomercials with high quality, highly successful shows for clients such as Brunswick, TaylorMade, Bose, BriteSmile, American Laser, and Kodak.
We've proven that DRTV can drive retail sales through the roof with our work for products ranging from Quaker State Motor Oil to the George Foreman G5 Grill.
We've unleashed the selling power of the Web with our breakthrough "Camillo's Secret" campaign for Medicus Golf. And our campaign for the Medicus Swing Trainer is the most successful golf infomercial of all time and has aired on the golf channel for 10 years running.
Today we continue to produce advertising that stands out, winning the 2008 ERA Infomercial of the Year award for Kodak, we followed that with the same nomination in 2009 and in 2010 we won the ERA award for best "Fitness" infomercial and best "Health and Wellness" infomercial.
